His leadership roles as CEO, Executive Director, and National Director have shaped numerous successful treatment programs, influencing their development, operations, and strategic direction.

As the co-founder and CEO of Life Launch Centers and Arben, Mental Health Management and Consulting Services, Ben has dedicated the past 15 years to transforming mental health and addiction recovery. His leadership extends to professional organizations such as the Utah Youth Provider Association, the Utah Association of Alcohol and Drug Abuse Counselors, and the International Certification & Reciprocity Consortium, where he has advocated for industry standards, best practices, and quality improvement.
